WhatsAppBSUID is a beta monitoring and audit tool designed to help businesses, agencies, and integrators review WhatsApp Business event traceability, identity mapping, webhook activity, and provider payloads.
Depending on how the platform is used, WhatsAppBSUID may process technical event data such as provider name, message/event identifiers, phone number metadata, WaId, BSUID, ExternalUserId, webhook payloads, alert status, timestamps, and audit/reporting data.
Data is used to provide monitoring, diagnostics, identity traceability, technical alerts, exportable evidence, reports, and support through ATHENA.
Authorized users may export technical evidence in CSV, JSON, or PDF format. Exports are intended for internal review, technical diagnostics, auditing, and operational continuity.
WhatsAppBSUID applies access controls and masking practices for sensitive fields where appropriate. Users should not publicly share webhook URLs, tokens, API keys, credentials, or screenshots containing secrets.
WhatsAppBSUID may receive or analyze data originating from WhatsApp Business providers such as Meta Cloud API, Twilio, 360dialog, YCloud, Gupshup, Vonage, MessageBird, Infobip, Microsoft ACS, or other providers configured by the user.
WhatsAppBSUID is currently in beta. Features, reports, diagnostics, and monitoring logic may change as the product evolves.
