WhatsAppBSUID provides monitoring, diagnostics, identity traceability, payload analysis, alerts, and reports based on the data available to the platform. It does not guarantee message delivery, account recovery, provider approval, compliance certification, or complete identity reconstruction.

Reports and ATHENA guidance

Reports, ATHENA responses, dashboards, alerts, CSV exports, JSON exports, and PDF summaries are informational and operational tools. They should be reviewed by qualified technical, legal, compliance, or business personnel before being used for formal decisions.

Provider data dependency

The quality of traceability depends on the data sent by each provider, including fields such as BSUID, ExternalUserId, WaId, phone metadata, message identifiers, timestamps, and payload structure.

Security notice

Users should not share API keys, tokens, credentials, full webhook URLs, or private logs publicly. If a token or secret is exposed, it should be rotated by an authorized administrator.
